comfortable but poor sound quality

This headset is definitely more comfortable than my previous one and I can hear people pretty clearly BUT they keep saying I sound muffled or distorted. It's awful - I can't hear myself at all in the headphones, which is unusual, so I have to keep speaking loudly and then slowly. It works better for me without an adapter (I can hear myself), but the caller sound quality seems to be worse.

but nice and light

The headset itself feels cheap but nice and light, but almost so much that it looks like it's going to fall forward. Use both hands to adjust the headgear as it is difficult to move with one hand. You have to tweak it until it's in your head. The cables coming out of the headset are stiff, so adjust them carefully so they don't bother you. I wouldn't tune too aggressively just so as not to damage the wires. The sound quality is excellent. The price is perfect for those who do occasional…

. My right ear is so bad it hurts. This headset is very comfortable for my right hand.

I bought this headset because I had irritated my right ear so much it was painful. This headset is very comfortable for my right ear but a bit annoying for my left ear. It sits a little awkwardly at first, but the more you wear it, the more it adjusts and sits better on your head. I like the different stations you can tune in to so you can tune in while you're on a call that doesn't come through clearly. The microphone is amazing, it can be bent and it's very nice to use/adjust during the call.
