🎧 Rugged Air RA250 Red Child Headset: General Aviation, 3.5mm Input Jack, Music Playback, 24dB Noise Reduction Review

They are great for our 3 and 5 year olds, even better than the ones I bought for the kids at Aircraft Spruce and Bose. I love that they have a music input so they can plug in their tablets or portable DVD players on long night flights. My kids don't complain about the lack of noise-cancelling like my Bose or Fit do. You can easily swap out the gel pads if your kids want them to fit better.

I purchased this product with the intention of having a 'smaller' headset for my little one while we fly. Unfortunately, it's not really "smaller" than a regular headset, but it suits our needs. Since it's fairly light and I can adjust the headband just enough for my son to wear it snugly, it looks very weird. The headset seems to work very well overall, with good sound and a decent microphone. I would consider buying this product again.

Unfortunately I can only write 3 reviews for this headset. First use in flight was perfect - the headset fit my 10 year old son with no issues, his voice was clear and he heard me clearly. Same goes for the second flight with my 6 year old daughter. The third flight with my wife (yes, this headset is suitable for both adults and children) ended with a microphone failure.
