🤲 Aircast Wrist Support Brace: Comfortable and Stabilizing Aid for All-Day Wear Review

Supported my wrist sprain incredibly well, was one of the best orthotics due to two splints. However, none of them lasted more than nine days - the splint on the palm punctured the orthosis. As this was a medical product I asked for expedited shipping which is why it got 4 stars instead of 3. A dagger poking the inside of your wrist is not what you need for the healing process. This happened with a replacement in less than 10 days.

I am very satisfied with this mount. Before I bought this I was wearing another brace that I bought at Walgreens. It was fragile and allowed my wrist to move; I hurt myself doing it. It's literally like wearing a cast with a bar that goes from the bottom of your wrist to the palm of your hand and a bar that goes from the top of your wrist to the back of your hand. There is no movement. My wrist stopped hurting within a few days and I was able to take it off and return to my normal duties.

I don't normally write reviews for Revain but felt I had to because it is such a great product! I recently fractured my wrist and just had a cast removed. A few months ago I suffered a TFCC fracture due to my heavy lifting job. This injury takes a long time to heal and the brace they gave me at the doctor's office was effective but bulky and hot. I've made some major changes. I need a full time splint for TFCC instability and DRUJ bone spurs. Walgreens released a model with easy-to-release clips, but discontinued them. I also have RA and can't find a tire without a ton of velcro that hurts my toes when I have flair. EDIT: While the rest of this splint was incredibly good, the metal splint on the volar side broke through the material within 2.5 weeks (17 days) which appears to be an issue on the referenced by other reviewers. .
