Luckily a few months ago I replaced my 10 year old helmet with this tough lightweight helmet to complete 100 miles without incident but crashed two weeks ago while getting up to increase speed my shoe clip slipped off the pedal and my handlebars jerked to the right at over 12 mph and I was thrown off with fractures to my right collarbone, shoulder blade and third rib. wow what pain. but not because of a head injury on this helmet, no concussion, the helmet is intact! Highly recommended

My husband refuses to give me back that damn pain in my helmet for anything. The straps keep coming loose at the buckles and I have no idea how to securely put them together as they never seem to have been securely fastened. It took him about 2 months to cycle 20 minutes to and from work 5-6 days a week before this started. It's a snazzy looking helmet which he says is very comfortable but if it gets hit or falls I don't think the straps will hold it on your head.

I didn't see the quality some people expected. These helmets aren't even MIPS certified and the price is **VERY HIGH**. I returned them for three reasons. 1. The value of what you get. 2. Adjustment of the inner padding of the helmet. * Does not exist * In terms of comfort. 3. The size did not fit me. I really wanted to like this helmet. It worked fine for about a month. Then the chin strap came loose, so I tied it in a knot to keep it from falling off. I was expecting something from a $10-20 helmet but this helmet costs way more and now I'm looking for another one. It's light but bulky. UPDATE 07/22/2020. Today I flipped the steering wheel on the road section of a gravel drive. At about 26 km/h I locked the front wheel and was catapulted headfirst through the bars. I landed on my head, then rolled onto my back, the back of my head skidding across the sidewalk. The helmet took the brunt. I was able to recover from this accident.
