Made in China. Poor quality, wouldn't save anyone overboard. Says US Coast Guard approved, but that seems questionable to me.

Several wafer-thin foam layers are injected into a wafer-thin polyester cover. As a result, it flaps and bends more than noodles. I wanted a cheap option but it's too cheap. I can't imagine it saved anyone's life for sure.

I bought this cushion to add some height to my chair. The cushion can be great for boating and life saving, but it is very difficult to sit on and I had to return it. To be honest I gave 4 stars because I didn't buy it to use as a boat cushion.

I use them as backup buoyancy in a duck boat and also as a duck colored seat cushion to adjust the seat height. Each is about 3 inches thick and I either sit on one or two of them to get the perfect sitting height in whatever shade I'm in.

That's right, and I mean the exact same question I bought from West Marine for a few dollars more. With free shipping, this pillow is cheaper. The buyer beware: if you sit on it for a long time or if something sits on it for a long time. They are gradually deformed irreversibly and live about 1 or 2 seasons.
