Aiskaer Locking Magnetic Clasps Jewelry Review

First of all when they say 8 pack they mean 4 sets each having 2 halves. It's an illusion. And then, out of 4 sets, 2 sets had almost no magnetism and were therefore unusable. Last time I bought a different kind and I have to tell you it's SAD.

I've had magnetic clasps in the past but a little tug on the chain around my neck and it came loose. They are very strong, if you pull the necklace, maybe the chain will break first? They are made in a unique way: they don't give easily, but open easily when you want to take the necklace off.

I love these necklaces, not only do they make them easy to put on and take off, they also add a bit of length. I don't like them for bracelets because they fall off more easily, especially if you're carrying something like a purse or bag. And when you have that many of these in one pack, you don't have to trade them in and your necklaces can have them there and wear them anytime.

Holds much better than conventional magnetic clasps! I use them to make bracelets and they don't come off as easily as the others I've used. I marked a star because one of the little magnets (in some of them) got pulled out of its mount. But since it was magnetically bonded to the magnet on the other side I just used some E-6000 jewelry glue to glue the magnets back into the clasp and everything has been fine ever since.

I've got tons of chains and tons of pendants. However, I usually only wear one pair because the hooks can be tricky. I have purchased magnetic clasp converters from several places including major jewelry sites. The magnets on it are awesome! And because the inner ring of one half goes "into" the groove of the other half, it's almost impossible to remove the chain by simply pulling on the front without breaking it. You have to pull on the real magnetic clasp (or maybe close to it) to release it.

I like the fact that the magnetic clasps are easy to put on and take off and fit snugly around the neck so they don't fall as far forward. Also, it's lightweight and durable, unfortunately oil and sweat tarnish it from the body, but other than that they're better than some of the other magnetic clasps I've tested and another one I've bought that tarnished very quickly.
