Maximize Storage Space with AIYoo Extended Storage Utility Ladders Review

I bought them mainly to hang bikes in the garage. My plan was to hang them on the wheel by inserting hooks into the rafters. Unfortunately, the hooks are not strong enough for this. They began to bend as the hook straightened. Of course, this was a big, specialized cruiser, so it's heavier than, say, a road bike. I could use the hooks for other things and they came in handy.

These hooks are not as big as I thought and the threads are very bad. Most likely cheap Chinese production. I drilled a pilot hole in the wooden rafters in my shed and tried many times to get these things to bite into the wood and tighten, but nothing. Finally went to the cargo port and bought some of these screws direct. They only appear to be made for use with plastic dowels, not directly into wood. Buyer warning!

Extremely disappointed with the anchors these hooks come with. I drilled the right size holes in my garage ceiling. I put the anchors in the holes and screwed in the bike hooks. The anchors did not hold the hook at all. So I picked up the anchor and screwed the hook in. The anchor in my hand is broken and is clearly made of cheap and brittle plastic. The hooks seem to be of good quality but I won't know until I buy a set of decent anchors.
