Just what I needed: External sound cards

There was a single-port tortoise shell beach headset. A new PC that required two logins. USB fixed it, plug and play, now I'm yelling at other players to get the choppa.

Device works right out of your pocket

This little device works as soon as you plug it into a USB port. My audio jack in my new Dell was not working. This device fixed this problem by giving me a working audio jack. One caveat: make sure you connect your headset to this device first, and then to your computer's USB port. Do not connect the device to USB first and then connect the headset. USB does not recognize the headset in the second method.

EASY TO USE - GOOD SOUND

It's literally plug and play. Works right away. No clicks, no websites, no drivers, no downloads, etc. Responds correctly to volume button commands and plays in stereo (both left and right play). When plugged in, the original headphone jack is automatically disabled. The sound quality is the same as the original audio connector (in terms of bass, treble, clarity, etc.) but not as loud. I would rate this playback at 90% of the original sound card/audio port volume. Basically satisfied. A $12…

Semi-compatible with my Galaxy Tab S7+

Purchased to use with the headphones on my Galaxy Tab S7+. It connects normally, the headphones are recognized without problems. Music and movies play normally. However, the volume of my language learning app does not remain constant. One minute everything is fine, and the next for some reason I can't tell if the volume decreases or even drops completely and then increases again. A nice little economical device that allows me to use my premium headset with my PlayStation 5.

Got this guy exclusively for use on my PlayStation 5 with my Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones. Why the hell is it green? Earth, these Sony headphones don't work with Bluetooth. Sony PlayStation is not for me. It's just right for me as I can connect these headphones to my PlayStation via the 3.5mm jack. I just needed sound on it, so with a mic cable I didn't have to worry about anything. Just plug it into the USB port on the front of your PlayStation and you're good to go. made for Playstation.

Serious compatibility issues in Windows 10

I want to love these adapters and the USB-C version seems to work fine with my Android phone. But the USB-A adapter makes big problems with my windows 10 pc, when plugged in it is recognized as "tx-hifi type_c audio" but then causes big input lag on my mouse and keyboard, the process explorer .exe randomly crashes and I just won't let myself change the volume by clicking the sound icon. Disabling the device in Device Manager or disabling it completely solves all these problems, so it's obvious…

Not very loud sound from PS4 USB even with settings enabled

Seems to work fine but when I plugged it into PS4 USB I didn't get a very loud sound. My speakers had to be cranked all the way up to get decent sound. Normally it would shock my house at this level. All settings on the PS4 were also carried over. Not sure if this is a product or if the PS4 audio isn't sufficiently amplified over USB.
