I've had bad experiences with this company.

I've had bad experiences with this company. A previous customer asked me to update his website with new content. He provided me with the old site URL and a couple of sample images. This was supposed to be easy since he gave me a link to the new site and a folder containing the samples. Instead of updating the website he asked me to create new pages and upload the content. He never provided any kind of guidance, just told me what he wanted and expected me to do it. When I contacted him he told…

Pros
  • You can also create a report that you can email to clients that shows the top 20 most popular articles, pages, etc., of the past month.
  • You can create multiple webpages with unique URLs for each page
  • You can add links to social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn without creating any kind of mess on your website
Cons
  • Some users may find the way to import reports difficult
  • For example, I tried to create a page titled "Latest News", but nothing happened when I clicked the button.

We've worked with AKU over the past three years and have found them to be reliable, responsive, and easy to work with.

We’ve had a great experience working with AKU over the last 3 years. A large portion of the website development has been outsourced to them, and they've taken on most of the technical responsibilities such as managing hosting and updates. I've used them since 2008 and they are just getting better each year! They do amazing customizations for every project.

  • The turnaround time is pretty impressive compared to other developers.
  • They know their stuff very well, even though the market for video editors may not be too big.
  • Their website looks good, which makes me trust them more.
Cons
  • You might get a feeling that they are just doing this to gain more customers, which is true in some sense, but also they deserve the price because they provide great value.
  • I tried reaching them through phone calls and emails, and I still didn't receive any reply
