ALAVENTE Windshield Bracket 2007 2017 Wrangler Review

Just installed. The lid is already cracking. The screw under the bottom light is a pain as the lever for the light prevents you from making proper contact so you can rip the screw off.

Exactly what I needed at 1/3 the price of big brands and off-road stores. Rugged construction and durable closed cell foam to protect paintwork. The landing is quite good, but there is a small obstacle with the passenger wiper

I can't give a good review because the product is pretty bad after all. They bend a lot, the right strut is not level. The left side is fine. You sit far in front. I bought another set for $50 and they are very close to the windshield so they don't flex and are perfectly flat.

Works well but you have to buy long screws sold separately by another seller or the product is not suitable. Keep an eye on the wiper blade. It barely fits under the mount, but you can tilt it forward a bit. The photo shows that he is not standing next to the caretaker, is not true. Overall good product.

These mounts would be great if they were straight. The top light on the driver's side is angled a lot more to the right than the passenger's side, it looks weird and I'm not that happy with the look. Bracket is bent. Now that everything is connected and installed I don't see a way to remove them. The seller was great

All manufacturers seem to make the same mistake with these devices. The passenger side is in the path of the wiper blade. If they moved the mounting holes about 1/2 inch they would work perfectly. I used the driver's side behind the passenger, marked and drilled the holes and now the blocks work perfectly.

I very rarely write bad reviews but these suspenders are not well thought out. The metal is too thin and bends easily. This is also a small benefit, however, as it gives you creative freedom to bend them into a more regular shape that actually matches the windshield's slope. Also be prepared to cut about 3/4 inch off the passenger side wiper blade to loosen the poorly designed bracket. I hope you have some pretty powerful wire cutters! Two things they would do better. The entire back of the mount must be covered with closed cell foam, not just the part that "touches" the paint. Second, these mounts could flex a little more toward the windshield to reduce headlight vibration. The current setup pretty much mounts the light on a "hard" diving tower. Vibration can be annoying if you're looking at the headlights while driving, but you should still pay attention to the road. With all that being said, I added my own closed cell foam
