Handles do not go higher than shown. The height is NOT adjustable. Anyone over a certain height must lean forward to use it. Other than that, it's relatively easy to use and very durable.

I buy Christmas presents in the summer so I can afford something for my grandchildren. My grandson received his gift from me on December 15th. Before long it fell apart.

Bought this scooter for my son for Christmas. Living in a colder climate I have only been able to ride it occasionally since getting it and today the base of the scooter broke right off the handle. He's so disappointed and so am I. Outside the return window but totally useless.

Buyer beware, this product broke in half after only 2 months of use. For the price of $70, expect at least 6 months of life, if not more! I have a super bum 10 year old who saved all his money at this lemonade stand this summer to buy this scooter! And it just banged!

Bought in July, broken at the end of September as seen in the photo. My son mostly rode it at the skate park NOT even 2 days a week. As you can see from the photos, he was NOT particularly careful with it. So maybe this scooter is just the best for the pavements, even if you feel every crack!

Product received from Albott has been used and damaged. Attempts to contact the seller were unsuccessful. Revain previously declined to post my review as this product was intended as a birthday present for my son. I am sad that they sold me a used and damaged product under the guise of a new scooter. This is an unacceptable product and I am currently trying to return a used, damaged scooter for a full refund.

Edit: We contacted the company and they took very good care of the issue. We had a replacement scooter within a week and it looks like the previous issue was an accident. We are very satisfied with the customer service we have received. We were very happy with this product until we realized it was already broken. My son is 13 and this is his first scooter. So he didn't push too hard. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product.

Easy to assemble handlebar. They are too high for my 8 and 9 year old. I have to cut them and that's okay. The camps are disappointing. The scooter rolls so slowly that my boys would rather ride a folding scooter because it rolls so much faster and longer. I adjusted the preload on the bearings to see if that would help, but it didn't help. The bearings need to be replaced, so I'm now looking for good bearings.
