The only thing I didn't like about this purchase is that I didn't buy 2. My turtle loves it, she even eats on it. This is smaller than shown in the pictures depending on the size of your pet.

Bought this for my turtle to sit on. First, it is poorly absorbed. Second, it is so small that only a small turtle can use it. My tortoise is only 6 months old and already too big to sit on. A complete waste of money.

I was looking for a smaller dock for my painted turtle Boris. It's the perfect size! I had trouble finding something smaller that would fit in the smaller tank we had. This works well as most of the dock is submerged giving you a small docking area at the top!

I bought this to use as a platform for my bichir dinosaur but the cichlids love it and the bichir prefers to chill on a spray bottle. Cichlids like to climb into the hollow ground as if it were a cave. Looks pretty cool in the aquarium and I'll actually buy some more. Sticks well to the wall, our catfish cool down on top and don't move.

I put two of these up as perches for my axolotl so he can be hit on the surface while he's still underwater. I'm afraid that the cavity inside will cause problems later because the water stagnates there, but otherwise the suction is very difficult. He lands on it, hangs on it and off the ledge, and takes a horrible plunge into it. Recommended for axolotl owners.
