I like that it has an easy interface for my customers, but also have other features such as being able to track multiple accounts at once or even different clients with one account! There are some things where there isn't much customization available (such as adding new fields). It would be great if they could add more options in this area so we can customize what our system does better than others out here who charge us monthly fees just because their software costs them nothing upfront!!
