I love it. I use about 1 month. It alkalizes the water. Did a chlorine test and it removed 99% of the chlorine in my tap water. The water changed from dark green to almost clear when I compared raw tap water to filtered water. The device itself is made of thin plastic. That's good, but it seems like it's going to break if I ever drop any part of it on the floor.

As another reviewer said, good product, water tastes great but there is a small leak leaving a small puddle of water near the base and not sure , Where it comes from . I hope the company can help? ***Update*** A small leak is being investigated by the company at its own expense so it can be found and fixed. Excellent customer service, quick email response, even on weekends. Willing to compensate financially. Very happy with the company! And again the water tastes great.

We LOVE Opti Water! We were looking for a cleaner way to drink water and use fewer plastic water bottles and this was our solution. We compared our tap water to Opti water using the kit they sent and found so much chlorine in our tap that the Opti filter removes it. We also tested store bought pitchers and their PH was surprisingly low compared to Opti. I'm so glad we made this transition. I also like the size because it holds so much that you don't have to refill it too often.

After receiving the Opti I was glad to have my own alkaline water system. I followed all of T's instructions for preparing the filter and the first time I filtered the water it filtered the water very quickly. I tried a few more times and still the water seeped through quickly. I contacted the company and they wanted me to run tests but if the water is filtering fast then something is obviously not working properly.
