I feel great again.

I've definitely noticed a change in how I feel. I don't know why I'm going back to bad habits when eating and drinking healthy food is great. This little stick makes it easy to get healthy alkaline water. I keep mine in a 1 gallon jug that I use to fill my water bottles. This way the water has enough time between refills to reach the maximum saturation with minerals.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Hard to say

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!

I left this thing in a two-liter bottle of filtered water from the fridge for three days and it slightly alkalized the water (0.1 ). means nothing if you're trying to change the pH of your urine. I try to keep my urine pH at or above 7 because if I wasn't careful, an acid stone the size of a tennis ball would form in my bladder. (NOT GOOD) The stone was removed by laser ablation which took three hours. Don't waste your money on this, it's a WRONG one!

Pros
  • Easy-to-read control panel
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

it really improves alkalinity

I bought an alkalinity tester just to make sure these sticks are working. Yes. My water is about 8.0, so slightly alkaline. I purify the water and then fill it into glass bottles with a lye stick. A liter of water and 1 stick - after about 2 hours in the refrigerator, the alkalinity of water becomes higher than 10.3. I bought 2 sticks and filled 2 bottles of water (recycled glass wine bottles) always with a stick. My cat really loves water enriched with alkaline sticks.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Almost everything is there

Good idea, but weak

Good idea, but it didn't work for me. I have LPR and got this because I use alkaline water to deal with severe flare-ups. Alkaline water is quite expensive when you have to drink 4-6 bottles a day. I found that I had to let it sit for several hours before I felt the relief I felt from drinking alkaline mineral water. Also, it always seemed to take longer to reach an alkaline level after a few weeks of use. Maybe it works better for others - but for me and for what I need it just wasn't enough.

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • Little things

a little less ehh

After the purchase my first thought was to test it right away. So I put the stick in a water bottle, shake it vigorously and wait a few minutes. I repeated this several times before tasting the water. I shook the bottle a total of 4 times within 20 minutes and tested the water right away. In my house I use a Berkley water filter and this is the water that came in the water bottle. The pH is around 7 (Berkeley water) according to the test strips I also bought. So 20 minutes later I took a sample
