3M adhesive sticks in some places and poorly in others. I had to use most of the screws, which helped a lot. In general, this is a good lip, everyone who saw mine liked it. I may receive more parts at a later date.

I ordered and installed a competitor's product first. The quality of the all fit product was much higher for the same price. I wish I had spent a few more dollars to begin with. Good product!

I loved how easy this product worked. It is very durable. Eventually I forgot to use the adhesion promoter but it's been about a month and it hasn't given up yet. Installation went well, I had a heat gun to help with the installation. I used all the screws and washers that came with it because I needed a secure fit and extra insurance as I live in the desert and the floor can radiate a lot of heat in the summer.
