Bob Allen Pro Series Review

I have just received the gloves and although they are not broken in yet the dexterity is amazing. I'm writing this message with gloves on just to give you an example of what I'm talking about. (Be aware that I have large hands with size 12 ring fingers (very fat), which also shows you that they are not very fat). and get used to something on my fingers. I also found it nice to hold my Glock in - it didn't feel too bulky and I could easily feel and load ammo as well. I'm only giving 4 stars…

Fits well but quality isn't great. Outside of the package, some of the leather patches were poorly sewn on and stretched. Further details were given to the cuffs. They lock securely. For single-shot rifle shooting and regular lightweight cold-weather gloves, they're fine. I wouldn't recommend it for holster shots. Patches can cause jams. I was hoping that previous comments about quality issues were limited to a specific batch. It doesn't seem to be. I'm considering cutting off my fingers to see

I bought these pigeon shooting gloves in Argentina. During the first hunt on the left glove, a tear developed along the seam between the thumb and forefinger. I thought it was just a bad seam. On the third hunt, the leatherette on the finger ends and palms of the left glove was badly worn, and black paint soiled my hands left and right. I had a bird boy who insisted on loading my gun so the gloves were off for loading. Also, the temperature was around 60 degrees, so I wasn't sweating much…

I am very impressed with these gloves. Usually a well-fitting pair of leather gloves is too long on my pinky - sometimes as much as 1/2 inch. However, these gloves fit perfectly on all fingers like they were made for me. They are also long enough on the wrist to provide a very comfortable fit and secure Velcro closure. The leather and synthetic on the fingers and palms are very durable yet thin enough to provide adequate dexterity, and with stretch panels, knuckle vents, and ventilation…
