Yamaha Rhino700 Radiator Guard

I bought this to protect my Rhino radiator and to add a layer of dirt to harden it before it clogs the radiator. I decided it would be easier to flush than the radiator. I built a frame for it and it was easy to cut. Good quality product and strong, expect it to withstand the abuse I give it.

but good for testing

Not obtained from Revain but good for testing. It is great. It is a honeycomb paper that is very light and strong. I used a small cut out piece for my front oil cooler on a street racer. Painted black, looks and works fantastic. Better than the stainless steel grille I used.

Pros
  • Engine Coolant
Cons
  • No Automatic

Screen was not cut square. Rectangle. Also, the shield was spliced, which is pretty obvious and ugly. After leveling, I lost a whopping 2 inches on the long sides (which wasn't a problem) and 1 inch on the short sides, making me 1/2 inch shorter than I wanted. Very disappointed with the quality control. I painted/varnished it black so the stitching wouldn't be as noticeable, but will most likely replace it with a similar product from a higher standard manufacturer.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks
