If you can't remove the axle with this then you've got a problem! Took a stubborn axle that wouldn't disengage from a splined wheel bearing and pulled it out in 30 seconds.

Pretty much the best kit you can find. The square part is absolutely the most important. You can use it to get to the smaller screw to knock out bearings or bushings. You can snap it onto the smaller CV axle to pull it out. many kits don't come with it.

Works well if rarely used. The case is absolute junk. All the pieces are scattered inside and I have yet to figure out where to fit them. The lid is deformed, does not close and does not snap into place. Glad I bought it for a tool and not an occasion! However, it would be nice to have everything organized.

I decided I needed a puller after changing the front wheel bearings on my Buick laser machine. I struggled to swap out a side and it took me a few hours to remove the wheel bearing from the car. After receiving this set, I was able to do the second side within an hour. The adapters included in this kit allowed me to remove the main hub assembly and then pull out the remaining bearing race and seal quickly and easily. Good case and all parts were in the case. The hammer hit my hand hard as I used it to remove seals and more when removing bearings. Seal removers appeared to be bulky and did not allow easy removal of fillings. The pin used as a handle at the end of the rod fell out after about the 4th hit with a hammer. You must have something on hand to dampen hammer blows when using it. The job was done with little discomfort to the hands.
