I bought 2 of these speakers for outdoor parties. They are very easy to sync and work great. Decent sound and loud. I like the solid construction and the all-permeable design. It also has a nice little storage compartment. Highly recommended for the price.

We were very happy with them but none of them lasted more than a year and then mysteriously died out completely. It didn't matter if I left it plugged in, unplugged, etc. I was very happy with the sound, but I can't afford to buy new ones again. Let's try another company now.

At first I was disappointed with the bass. After reading the instructions, I found the bass boost button. It is very light and I have used it in my car, at home, in the garage and at the dealership outside. The sound quality is clear. I just wish I could charge it in my car. Maybe I can, but I haven't figured it out yet.

Moron talker with pathetic, ignorant offshore support. Speakers are not connected in party mode. I have to call during business hours, no one calls back and offers to "let her die and see what happens". They don't match. False advertising! Good luck communicating with someone who knows what the speaker looks like. save your money

broke after just a month or two of use. It has a guarantee but the customer service is terrible and I have to send this £10 speaker to them for a replacement. Unfortunately, this is one of the few Bluetooth speakers that's waterproof, so it's not very comfortable to use. If you don't need a waterproof one I would save your money and buy something cheaper

I have several Altec Lansing products and had high hopes for this speaker. That's very depressing. I also have a 3 life jacket and an XL life jacket and they are great. This sonic boom speaker is no louder than the other two. Also, House Party mode does not work on Sonic Boom. I contacted altec lansing about the problem and they sent me a shipping label to ship back to them. More than 1 month later I still haven't received the speaker or get a refund. I couldn't be more disappointed with this…

The reason I give this unit 3 stars is that it is intended to be connected to other speakers that are the same. I will not. No matter what I try, it doesn't work. Spoke to customer service and the guy in India who spoke decent English was not very helpful and actually quite rude. I bought one of these about 2 years ago before settling on these as they mate. Would give 5 stars if there were any because otherwise I love it. The battery life is amazing and you can charge your phone with it. Really
