📻 Tram 1180 NMO Dual-Band Antenna VHF 144-148 and UHF 430-450 MHz for Mobile Radios - Amateur Edition Review

In my opinion the best dual band mobile antenna. I have many different antennas used for traditional ones but none of them compare to this one. I get better signal reports, I can hear weaker signals better, and it weathers better than anyone else. If you work in VHF and UHF mobile communications, THIS is your antenna! You will not regret it.

I use these for all my 2m/70cm mobile antennas They hold up and give an excellent signal and reception. I've installed them on everything from 1997 Saturn sedans to a 1999 Jeep Wrangler (front mount) to a 2014 Ram 3500 on the cab roof. I haven't found anything I liked better and I tried several of them before I found this one.

Excellent! A good antenna, it's the same design that will last you on Vechical for many years. When I opened up this new antenna I saw that it was still made to the same good quality. on 462/467 or VHF MURS 151-154 MHz. *Always check the manufacturer's cutting instructions. Cutting off a large number of whips can damage the antenna.

I mounted it next to my ditch light with a Rago Fabrication ditch light extension and due to its length it shakes wildly when driving off road.
