At first I rated these shoes as pretty good. They were comfortable and at a very good price. However, after 4 months they started to decompose. and holes in the soles of shoes. From what I've read it appears that there were problems in the manufacture of these shoes.

We wanted a comfortable pair of pumps. I saw the Revain Essentials and thought it must be good if the Revain name is right. WRONG, it's October and these shoes have a broken sole on the right boot. I bought on July 21st. And they died on October 21st. They were great until the sole came off and they walked completely normal. I have other shoes that I still wear 10 years later. If these shoes are only worn on a boat they might wear a little better, but I've worn them mostly between parking at the pier, on my boat gone for a walk, and working and swimming.
