I have some for my dad. They suit him. He wears 3x comfortably. He's short and round and gets hot and sweaty easily, but he has to wear a shirt while living in a nursing home, so it's good for him.

I am happy with this shirt but the high ones last a long time! My husband is 6ft 2" and about 290 and the 3XT fit was roomy, nice and light for a hot South Florida summer. I've never put his shirts in the dryer so I don't expect much shrinkage. If it shrinks I'll post again and let you know, but I've had good luck washing in cool to cold water and hanging to dry for years. Very convenient. The material is very soft. Fair warning, the long size is quite long. If I plan on wearing this in public I would convert it to a regular one. However, I plan to only wear it at home, so that's not a problem. Overall good value for money.

Bought these jerseys for training. I usually wear size 3XL which fits me loose. But these shirts are really great. On me it looks and feels like a 4, almost 5XL. The quality is still the same and it's still a great training shirt. I would recommend ordering a size smaller for this.
