Works well. Installed on about 10 dual monitor mini pc's

I bought this to add a second monitor to my mini pc (Intel NUC) as Gen 7 and 8 NUCs only have an HDMI output for the display. It was plug and play, worked straight away with a Windows 10 PC and ended up ordering about 10 more for my client's office. My client switched all PCs to an Intel NUC due to its small size and reasonable performance for business applications, but he wanted each PC to have two monitors. Dell XPS 13 9350 Works! I've tried USB adapters, none worked. I found out that I need a Type-C adapter and now I can project my laptop to Samsung at work and to Sony at home.

So sad Computer accessories and peripherals

I bought it to watch Netflix on my phone. Every time I plug it in, my phone completely loses connection. We glue the old cable, it works fine. Plug it in again. Not waited. At first I thought it was an accident, but for a few weeks it happened every time. I am very upset about this.

Don't know? Well me too! But for that you need to use this device. how do you understand it Check the product specifications on your device. And maybe you can guess. (Hint: unlikely). Requires USB-C Alternate Modes to work

Not all USB-C ports support all alternate modes, so having a USB-C port does not guarantee this device will work. For example, my Asus G752 laptop is not compatible. This results in the device being installed as a "billboard device" as mentioned in many other reviews. This requires specific hardware that is NOT common to all USB Type-C connectors.
