Although the coil seems to be working well even after a short use, I'm surprised that Revain would provide such a poor manual that doesn't even match the corresponds to product and at best is confusing. Pros: Quality hose that retracts as advertised. After I installed the hose reel, I saw a warning on it saying it must not be disassembled. So I'm wondering what happens if the hose needs to be replaced - just buy another reel? An alternative version of this reel was suggested which was not included so you could replace the hose. I don't think it's that important. This reel is convenient because it can be folded to the side when not in use.

The plastic body feels solid and so far the self-retracting reel has seemed very handy and just as strong.
