No problem Document scanner

Very helpful customer service. Easy to use. Never out of order. The only problem is that the cable is fragile where it connects to the computer.

Software doesn't work with Outlook

Software doesn't port to Outlook as advertised. Ambir Technical Support could not find any solution other than handing over the case to programming. Maybe not ready for prime time.

Great solution for my office

Our office uses AthenaHealth's EMR and the regular channel for my purchase cost about $100 more than what I got through Revain. Excellent value for money - scans faster than our previous scanners.

Fast, small, easy to use!

Excellent ID scanner - we scan ID cards at reception when checking in at the campsite, very fast, no congestion, good image quality. The only suggestion would be to design a better USB cable to connect the power, the T-Splitter should have a short cable instead of a hard connection (solved with a 3ft USB extension cable). Otherwise great!

Saves doctor's office time and money

Bought for a busy doctor's office and my only regret is not purchasing this item sooner. Ease of use, and as an administrator, I like that the fine print on scanned images is so crisp. 10 out of 10 recommend.
