Nice price, good quality.

Do not expect a miracle, the processor is inferior even to the old i7. Suitable for games, accounting, surfing the Internet - most modern applications. Its pros: Unexpectedly cold for AMD! Even the smallest and quietest cooler in a compact case will do. Works great for most tasks. Stable. A new platform that unlocks the potential of DDR4. Synthetic tests and many applications just fly. Got cons: With seemingly outrageous characteristics, in real work (code compilation, complex calculations) it…

An ideal product for any type of consumer.

in Battlefield 1, which is closer to the Earth, in the presence of GeForce980GTX in the system, periodic brakes on multiplayer disappeared, the percentage is loaded by 50%, coolers on auto-adjustment almost never leave the low-noise mode. if you are interested, then I have HyperX Fury 32 gig 2133 frequency. a set of 4 bars of 8. I did not drive the memory during the test. enough current settings for tasks. and I installed this memory only because I did not find a faster similar set for sale…

Pros
  • couldn't find anything to download. I have Universe Sandbox2. Through this program, I made a simulation of the collision of three galaxies. previously tried this same simulation on a Phenom 2 x6 1075t. crashed on a blue screen after the merger of galaxies began. and on Ryzen, not only did the process reach the end, but also the simulation speed could reach 500 thousand years / sec. CPU usage 52%. why did you use Universe Sandbox? loads only the processor. and loads properly. but he could not fully load it. I'll look for other simulations. there was a good idea with a double neutron star around a black hole. extra massive bodies reset the simulation speed to 0.5 sec / sec.
Cons
  • bought BOX. I naively assumed that there would be a cooler in the kit. It turns out there are boxed ones without a cooler, as evidenced by a sticker on the side.

I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

I took it from the first series as this model appeared. At first, problems appeared, then overheating from too large a preset setting. Removed all overclocking and problems were solved. Left it at 1 and everything is ok. In general, it makes no sense to overclock maybe enough. But after all, I want to squeeze more, so I suffered. I'm already dreaming of moving to the 3950s, while I wait a bit and on my way to the new series.

Pros
  • - Performance from the TOP box - Threads - Frequency
Cons
  • - Heat dissipation - Lame optimization

I took this processor from China, mom asrock x370 killer slit + ryzen 1700 cost 24k For everyday tasks and games, the power of this processor is extremely redundant, I was able to load more than 50% of it only with 12 lineage 2 classic windows I see no reason to overclock this processor. enough power for games + browser and background Mouzon \ kinchik and so on. Comfortable to play with: GTA online + DotA 2 + browser do not load 100% GTA online + 4 windows lineage 2 classic Dota 2 + 8 windows…

Pros
  • multitasking
Cons
  • 1) Dancing with a tambourine during acceleration 2) Raw platform

No minuses as such, comfortable to use.

On MSI Gaming Pro Carbon x370 system and Corsair CMD16GX4M2B3200C16, Radeon R9 290x flight is normal. In the GTA V test at high settings ~ 90 FPS. If you take a system only for games, then it is better to take the i7-7700k, this is the top for games, and if you have a bunch of applications open, then take this model. Different pros: 16 streams. Most likely will fit socket AM4 + That's it for work. Medium for gaming. Some cons: 16 threads are now very rarely used where, for example, games mostly

I will say right away that in the past I used solutions from both Intel and AMD, I am not a fan of any brand, I vote with a for what I consider to be the best for me at the moment. In general, I do not regret the purchase. I recommend to buy for those who change percent every 5 years. If you buy a percentage for work, calculation or rendering, then I don’t see an alternative for the same money from Intel. At the moment, Intel is ahead in games, but Intel processors lose their relevance much…

Pros
  • Price/performance ratio
Cons
  • Relative overclocking, not all memory modules start at a given frequency.
