In general, everything is not bad, but I expected more.

If you use the default BIOS settings, then the computer constantly restarts. I had to turn off core performance boost (turbo boost). Powerful motherboard: x570 aorus master, power supply - be quiet straight power 11 1200w platinum. Cooling is also good (the temperature of the processor did not rise above 70, even with 100% load of all cores). Bios mat. boards and chipset driver - all the latest versions. With turbo boost disabled, everything works without reboots.

Pros
  • If the processor could work with a factory turbo boost, it would be a great purchase!
Cons
  • Doesn't work with factory turbo boost.

The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.

I had to add revs for both the pump and the coolers to my two-section dropsy. Keeps the temperature at the peak of the load no more than 82 degrees. I overclocked the multiplier to 3700 (to be similar to the previous 2700x processor) I installed the processor on the x470 MSI Pro Gaming Plus motherboard. MOS temperature is normal (up to 50 degrees in simple work and up to 75 in a stress test).

Pros
  • Fast Powerful
Cons
  • Heats up more than my previous 2700x

I'm amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Compared to Intel 5960X in multi-threaded applications, it has a confident superiority of 2 or more times. For the sake of interest, I compared in 3DMark - exactly twice as many parrots. AMD obviously did it - everything worked right away (the mother on the X570 loaded all the profiles into memory), no lags or BSODs. Pros below: 1. 16 cores, 32 threads, performance after Intel 5960X has grown in almost all applications just by eye, which is good news. This is especially true for video…

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

Has pros: Config - GB Aorus Master x570, 128GB RAM on XMP 3600, 1660 Super, lots of SSD-HDB, fans, etc. Cooler on BeQuiete Dark Rock4 processor But what can I say . before that there was r9 3900 - the processor is just a bomb. Made an upgrade - it became even more bombastic. Surprisingly good line of processors from AMD for professional use. Used as server/workstation on Ubuntu 20.4 LTS. Some cons: Not a drawback, but a small problem that I had to face - lmsensors did not start, did not show th

I changed my 2700x, the render time decreased by 2.5 - 3 times, it became much more pleasant to work. The temperature of the processor under many hours of 100% load does not rise above 64 degrees, the cooling is MSI MAG Core Liquid 360R. The idle temperature is 32-35 degrees. When installing this processor model, the computer rebooted periodically (1-3 times per day). Rebooted absolutely in random situations. Turning off turbo boost reduced the number of reboots, but they also continued…

Pros
  • Excellent performance, Relatively low heat dissipation. Changed 2700x, rendering time decreased by 2.5 - 3 times
Cons
  • The first one got married. If the computer restarts - return to the store, this is a 100% marriage.

For cooling, I used a be quite! Dark Rock Pro 4 with MX-4 thermal paste. The following are empirical data at room temperature 25℃: > idle - 38℃ > in Genshin Impact after 120 minutes at maximum settings - 74℃ > in the AIDA64 system stability test (45 minutes) - 81℃ > in AMD Ryzen Master stability test - 78℃ > 4K video rendering (all cores, approx. 2 hours) - 82℃ Thus, under no circumstances did the processor go beyond the maximum 90℃ at the turbo frequencies of 4.7 GHz with the above-described…

Pros
  • 16 cores, 32 threads, good L3 cache size, improved gaming performance, compatibility with almost all AM4 motherboards, great overclocking potential, low TDP. Separately, I want to highlight the software - AMD Ryzen Master, a faithful assistant.
Cons
  • There is everything for overclocking, but without dancing with a tambourine to limit the voltage qualitatively so that the processor does not automatically chase to turbo frequencies, I did not succeed. However, good cooling solves this far-fetched drawback.

On the latest BIOS version on X570 Unify and with 3600 CL16 memory, everything started without problems, although quite recently people complained about problems with memory faster than 3200. Apparently the problem has already been solved in the new BIOS. In stock, under the maximum load of all cores, it heated up to 71 degrees under Dark Rock Pro 4 with fans at 50% (with complete silence, in fact). The compilation time of the working draft was reduced to 45 seconds, and the CPU usage was…

Pros
  • -Fast - Relatively little heat dissipation
Cons
  • -Very few tasks that can use all available threads

Since AMD has firmly established itself in the top of the processor market, especially in any synthetics, and also because all software is moving towards development for many threads, I decided to upgrade the X99 platform and bought the 5950X along with the Asus X570-E Gaming motherboard. AMD is not a big specialist on AMD platforms, I chose a board based on reviews and not the cheapest, but it seems that I chose unsuccessfully - some meager overclocking options, very few SATA ports (8 in…

Pros
  • - Performance I thought for a long time what else to indicate, but it looks like there is only one plus really :) At the same time, I am quite satisfied with the process
Cons
  • - The platform, after all, AMD is far from Intel in terms of plug-and-play, a lot of crap with the setting - Few PCIE lanes - Gets hot - Overclocking - average, hardly takes 4.5 GHz Do not believe the fairy tales here according to the comments about some 4.9 - 5 GHz (in the mode of individual cores - m / b), but just setting the desired frequency (perhaps the Asus X570 does not know how to separate the cores, and in general somehow very little overclocker settings, strange), I didn’t get more than 4.5, and even at this frequency, the CPU heats up very much (see below).

Yuzayu prots since 386! But this is the most impressive percentage I've ever had. Hint: in fact, it doesn’t make sense to overclock the processor itself, the overclocking machine does everything by itself. Much better and more profitable is overclocking and setting memory timings. I advise you to use the Ryzen calculator, for a simple setting of memory timings.

Pros
  • 1. Excellent performance 2. Really working auto-overclocking system, depending only on the capabilities of your cooling system.
Cons
  • 1. There is little software that really uses all the capabilities of the processor. 2. Very difficult to set up the BIOS.

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

The best stone I have ever had! Its pros: The processor is very productive, what you need for 3D modeling, photo and high-resolution video processing. Well, in any game, of course, it will show itself as it should be. There is no better processor on AM4! I don't think I'll be changing my computer soon!.) Different cons: It's hot enough, you need a good dropsy for it. Now there is a two-section CoolerMaster Loquid 240 Lite, I will definitely take it more powerful, but for now it will wait some…

Great value for the money, definitely recommended!

I work in 3dsmax + Corona. I took 3900 as a replacement. I just give 1700x as an example, I worked on it before. In the crown benchmark, the results were as follows. 1700x - 3307 - 146 seconds. 3900 - 6670 - 72 seconds. 5950x - 9837 - 49 seconds. It became more pleasant to work in interactive mode. Waiting 7 seconds for a preview instead of 10 turned out to be much more comfortable. There is still a pause before the preview, but already insignificant. I don’t have time to get bored, there

Pros
  • High performance.
Cons
  • Requires a powerful motherboard and not the cheapest CBO.

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

I bought a stone from the first series, caught sudden reboots. After long painful examinations, he returned the money and put back the 3950x. Recently made another one. I got a percent of the 2115sus series. It works stably, in the air 2 cores take 5.1 GHz, 6 cores 5 GHz . all together hold ~ 4.7 GHz. In stock, I got an increase from 3950x by about 10-12%, after settings and overclocking ~ 30% .

Pros
  • Power
Cons
  • An unpleasant feeling that you participate in the lottery, where you can get a crooked pro.

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

Installed on an aorus Xtreme X570 with a dark rock Pro 4 tower with a third silent wings 4 120mm fan on MX4 paste. Memory 128 GB gskill trident 4000 MHz. I haven’t loaded it to the full yet, because I haven’t seen temperatures above 50C. I saw that not everyone's memory works stably at 4000, it seems to start and work for me, but I need to survive two reboots in a row after selecting this frequency in easy tune. It could be due to insufficient RAM load. I will ate as new information becomes…

Pros
  • Ease of board installation.
Cons
  • Haven't revealed yet.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is top notch, be sure to try it.

If you plan to often load the computer at 100%, take a heat sink of at least 250W (the fan is enough, dropsy is not necessary, they can impose it in stores). If you play in the evening for a few hours, then 210W coolers will suffice. Heat dissipation at 150W will be small in any operating mode. Don't miss! P. S. In the photo, the temperature is after several days of work at 100%. Fan cooling (not dropsy).

Pros
  • Heroes III don't slow down.
Cons
  • - Price. - I expected more, but the difference in performance from the Rayzen 9 3900 was not significant (the overpayment was not worth it).

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

Correcting the review After installation, a couple of days I achieved a stable temperature regime with a constant load of the renderer. The cooler is a relatively budget air ZALMAN CNPS20X, the mother is Aorus B550 Elite v2. After experimenting with the values of tdc and edc, as well as adjusting the curve, it turned out to achieve a stable temperature of 74-75 degrees at 4.4 for all cores with a long load. At idle, the temperature is 35-38. In the corona benchmark, it gives 44 seconds with a

Pros
  • Multithread performance, responsiveness. Cool and energy efficient. Compared to the 1950s, everything runs smoother and faster, there are no microfreezes when working with the 3ds max interface.
Cons
  • Possibly not the best single-threaded performance.

Yesterday I became the proud owner of this monster. All installed. And what was my surprise when a cold (judging by the reviews of the owners that I read before) stone, with the Xilence M504D tower, heats up even in idle time sometimes higher than 50 degrees, and, accordingly, after 50 the cooler starts to make a lot of noise. And in the stress test, almost immediately from the start it rises to about 85, and after 7 minutes to 91 degrees. Then I turned off the test, it became scary to burn a…

Pros
  • performance. What else do you need from a processor.
Cons
  • Temperature* see comment.

I recommend installing with a normal custom dropsy, basic assemblies do not go. Personally, I have 2 + 3 radiators, one first two-cooler at the top for blowing, the primary cooling circuit and the second three-valve at the front for blowing. The idle temperature is 30, with a load of 45 - 55. I do not recommend driving. Then you will need a motherboard with super power and nitrogen.

Pros
  • The brain is just a hurricane, the rendering speed in 3dmax is flawless, I didn’t have time to start, it had already calculated everything.
Cons
  • Very hot. I had to lower it to 4.4 from the base, otherwise my motherboard simply can’t stand it, it goes into a restart, the kilowatt block is enough for the eyes.
