Everything came as pictured. It was easy to install and remove when needed. I used it between a new climbing wall I built on a swing and a tree about 32 feet away. My 6-10 year old grandchildren loved it.

My grandchildren just love it and use it every day. My 6-year-old grandson has made it his mission to master all of this. Well done. My daughter is amazed at how much kids love it. Makes her go outside every day.

This was a Christmas present for my two granddaughters aged 9 and 12. They are active and energetic and this product presents them with several challenges. For them, this is good physical exercise. This product also accepts additional optional functions.

We were a little upset. We opened it to put it on and one of the accessories is broken. The loop at the top was too tight and the carabiner didn't go through. Now we have to wait to install until we get a reply from the manufacturer to see if they can replace just the part or if we have to return the whole kit. I'll update this once I get a response from the manufacturer. Fingers crossed they have good customer service.

We ordered this to keep our garden entertained during COVID-19 social distancing. My boys loved this until it was installed and they were faced with the difficulty! You will have to work hard on what I like. We're having a hard time finding a good height that allows our 5 and 8 year olds to use it without having to move it constantly. If both are comfortable on it, hopefully we can pick a good height.

Pros: strong and easy to understand. Cons: You need a very specific set of trees. I have a huge backyard about an acre with 27 mature trees. It was very difficult for me to find a range of trees that would be suitable. Many of them were too big for ratchet straps. You can't go more than 25 feet, it's just not that far. Too close, about 15 feet, however, the ratchet will fill up and you won't be able to tighten it enough. The most frustrating thing is that there are only about 12 feet of bait…

This line is very strong. If I set it up for toddlers I can do it quickly and on my own BUT I'm not strong enough or tall enough to set it up for someone over 5ft. We have to go up the stairs and my husband has to turn them. Celebration. As a test, it carries its 250 weight every time and I can hang and play at my 155 weight with all my heart.
