The display fell apart after 2 months of very little use. The cable has slipped out of the display unit and it looks like 4 wires are broken inside the display unit. Will try to return this faulty product. Update 1: It was sold by Revain.com and I tried to return it but it shows the return window is closed. Is it possible that there is no guarantee even for this obvious manufacturing defect? Update 2: Ended up having a refurb to avoid the hassle of a questionable warranty. Attached is a picture

This scale has a solid stainless steel platform and bright display, but that's where the quality ends. When weighing several items, I noticed that the weights did not appear to be accurate. I pulled out my old scale and found that the weight on the 30 lb box was off by up to 7 lbs. I've also noticed that I zeroed the scale before weighing, then put the box down to get the weight, and then when I removed the box, the scale didn't go back to zero.
