Nice upgraded replacement part for my Kenmore dishwasher. One of the clamps holding the upper strut is broken. Relatively easy to install. Took 15 minutes or so. Had to go to YouTube to find installation instructions. The picture in the description is useless. If anything changes I will update my review. Long term use expected.

Good part - good kit, seems good quality, durable, better than the original manufacturer Bad part This kit does not contain many plastic clips you will encounter. Since you've never done this before, and the plastic is old and brittle, you're likely to break some of the things this set is designed to be reused for. Still works great but if I ever have to do it again I'll look for a kit with more different brackets.

I have replaced the same upper strut adjuster twice on the same side since we moved 4 years ago. This is a much stronger design without the fragile plastic piece that holds the reel wheels in place. This was the part that broke on both occasions (we tend to top load dishwasher baskets). This design is completely different from the strong plastic molded into the wheel mount structure. This time I replaced BOTH to ensure there was solid structure on both sides. I'm sure I won't be replacing them…

I have bought 4 parts from other brands in the last year. The part that keeps breaking is the plastic fastener that holds the reel wheel. Replacing this part with a screw solved the problem. The roller wheels on my dishwasher were 1.2" (not the 0.9" they come with). With 30 seconds and a screwdriver I was able to remove the old reel wheels and put on this one. Alternatively, you can purchase 2 packs of the 1.2" Upper Basket Adjuster for Dishwashers, Upgrade W10350375.
