I received the prism and took it out of the box and the surface was blurry on all three sides. I rinsed with water and tried using a microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the surface, thinking it was food residue or fingerprints, but the fluffiness/stains didn't go away. Would I buy again. There was little evidence of bubbles or cracking when a bright green laser beam was passed through the glass, unlike another prism I received recently which was riddled with bubbles and other tiny imperfections. Here the rays appeared as dots rather than ever-changing blurred areas depending on the specific optical path. I'd say pretty good quality for a cheap prism. I took this to the park with my 4 year old. When we had calmed down from walking around I pulled it out and showed her how we can use sunlight to create rainbows and she loved it.
