Holds the perfect amount of fluid for 10 miles or less. When it's really full, it leaks a little under the lid, but that may be user error.

I like to use it for my short 10k cross country runs. It has just the right amount of liquid, has a small pocket for gel and feels very comfortable in my hand. Not bulky like my 16 ounce bottle.

Very comfortable to hold regardless of hand size. You can sip non-stop, the water doesn't splash in all directions when full. Ideal for short to medium runs (would like to see the same 16oz bottle or 18oz bottle for longer runs).

Just the right size (anything else would be too heavy and runny in my opinion). The top valve makes it easy to take a sip (just squeeze firmly) while preventing water from leaking out while running, even if you decide to hold the water bottle tighter.

I tested many hydration systems while training for a marathon. Of the many hip bottle bags, hydration belts, and tote bags I've tried, this one is my favorite. For portable devices, I prefer to carry the bottle on the outside of my hand rather than in my palm to free my hand and fingers to access the strap, open gels, etc. I have contacted Amphipod customer service (after -Lite and Hydrostrobe) to ask if the Ergo-Lite could be worn that way and after testing they said yes, that's how it would…

I really liked this bottle, it's easy to hold and spills water while running. However, the lid completely stopped working mid-run after about the 4th or 5th use. I've tried to fix it, but no matter how hard I press, no water comes out no matter what I do to the lid. I'm sure I have a rare defective product, but I won't buy this one again.

strengths: it fits perfectly in the hand while running. Not hard. The material does not irritate the skin. Cons: The fabric in the upper part (near the bottle spout) completely disintegrated along the seam after only 5-6 uses. I'm not picky about products. The company refused to return. This was particularly disappointing as replacing the cap would have sufficed. Be close to your products!

Even after 6 months and more than 20 uses, the water tastes like plastic. It's not because I left it in a hot car or anything. I don't know if I got a bad batch of this, but it's unbearable and I don't see how useful it is to anyone. Without that fact I would give this product 5 stars. I like the small pocket that you can put your key in and that fits ergonomically well.
