We used this product in our office to measure the pace of employees on a daily basis. Bought one for each employee. The only catch is that you have to use it as directed in the instructions (non-greasy forehead and keeping the right distance from the body); and it works great every time. In addition, you must not rush, you must follow the instructions. I even bought a pair for parents, relatives, kids and home. I haven't tried it on a kid yet, but I'm sure it will work.

Comes with batteries, easy to use, accurate compared to the traditional undertongue thermometers we have used before. I am currently dealing with Covid-19 and need a thermometer that is quick to read and easy to use. It stood out from all the rebranding crap. I have followed all the instructions, allowed the unit to acclimate to room temperature. The first scan returns a "Lo" error. Continues until the third read attempt.
