I installed these in my RV to replace fluorescent lights and reduce electricity consumption. We didn't even run out this year, the lights last about 3 hours and all 4 have working LEDs. I suspect most 5 star reviews are either paid for or fake.

Installed them around the bathroom mirror in the RV and they definitely light up the room and let me see myself better. The wires are tiny, making it a bit difficult to connect to other cables. I used sticky pads but I also screwed one side down as the glue melts in the sun in the RV.

I installed them in my caravan. After a ride, one of them started flickering. After checking all the connections I found that the fault is internal to the device, the on/off button no longer works and when you shook the light it went on and off. But I'm just outside my return window so this sucks.

Not worth the trouble. The light bar was easy to install, but the mounting hole matched the switch on one side and the wires on the other (one switch broke during installation). The lights are very bright. One of the four light bars has about 50% of the LEDs not working. This lightbar is the one most commonly used, so I'm afraid others will follow suit. They only had 4 months (30 days right of return) for 10,000 hours of use.

There is a transparent cover over the LEDs. When it's on, you can see each LED, and when they start to go out, they go out one LED at a time. It looks like a disco ball. The LED will flash for an hour and then eventually turn off. After about 3 months half of the LEDs are not working so I installed a 4ft LED from Hyperikon to replace this setup. I had to rewire my situation for mains voltage (120VAC) versus 12VDC, but it was worth it. I would not buy these devices again.

Looked good at first glance, very bright light and easy assembly. You then find that it gets very hot - which means the design is so bad that they can't supply voltage to the other LEDs in the strip, they can just sink them with resistors that put your energy into heat and not into convert light. And finally, after a few months, most of the LED elements gradually burned out after very light use for a few hours a week. So it's cheaper cheaper GARBAGE! Don't waste money on it.

These light strips are great. I put one in the trunk of my car with the same pattern as a very dim factory lamp and that is the difference between day and night as the before and after pictures show. I mounted another one in my truck's center console on a push button switch so the light comes on when I open the console. And I have yet to decide what to do with these two. UPDATE 10/21/19. I will start ordering mid May 2019. It's almost December now and I've noticed that a few individual LEDs have burned out. However, I base my reviews on the price. At around $5.50 per bulb (I paid $22 for a set of four bulbs) I couldn't expect them to perform as well as something large.
