I like how they are able to create something out of nothing, when you need it done fast! The turnaround time can be pretty quick as well (usually under 2 weeks). They're very easy going people who understand your needs/concerns right away - this makes working with them so much easier than other companies where communication takes longer or isn't there at all sometimes because their "boss" has no idea what he's doing himself in terms of business management skills etc..
