UPDATED Accessory Rating

Very disappointed with the comfort, for $30 I was expecting at least close to the original Rift comfort. Other than that I can't say I have any issues, it doesn't break a sweat like the original and there aren't many options when it comes to replacement pads. I think now that I have a spare interface I'll just make my own hobby foam pads. I will be increasing my rating by one star, the only thing really holding me back is the price, I still feel that $30 is way too much for such a basic item.

More convenient and maintainable than the original Oculus Rift front interface. I would give the product 5 stars but I have a problem. I tried removing the regular bezel to replace it with a goggle bezel. The velcro that holds the bezel to the plastic came loose when I removed the bezel. Now the ends of the face pad detach from the plastic next to the nose, causing the face pad to press lightly on the bridge of the nose on both sides. It gets a bit uncomfortable over time and I feel like a very

Not impressed, too expensive, a few issues

I wasn't impressed at all. Much easier to get started with all the downsides: - Rubber nose pad is awkward to put on - Plastic frame feels incredibly cheap and poorly made, edges are sharp (thankfully the sharp parts are hidden inside the headset once it's installed) - I found that when using this panel light, there was even more bleeding than a standard bezel, including around the edges and nose. Some of the lather piles up at the curve where your forehead goes. so that the sensor that turns…

Helps with godrays and eliminates light through the nose area!

I bought a new foam sleeve to help with the lens overlap. Here you can see the vertical line far to the right or left of your peripheral vision. Reading the reviews, the case seemed to push your face away from the headset a bit, and it does. It moves your face slightly away from the lenses and, in my case, removes vertical lines from my peripheral vision. The above is the reason I bought the Face VR Interface. An unintended benefit of this article, at least for me, is that it changes the point…

Good price!

You get a pretty good product for the price. Overall I think this kit is worth buying whether you have glasses or not. Pros: The special pillows are very comfortable on my face, like lying on a worn leather couch. I can play for hours with little to no discomfort and only a slight blush on my cheeks, unlike standard foam which dents due to its discomfort. The glasses version also fits a wider frame well and I can easily put the glasses on and off. The frame itself holds up well, and the odd…

Not VERY comfortable but bearable

The original foam on the front was falling off so I had to buy a new one. It seemed like the best value for money (but I really think all of these things are overpriced). Installation was easy. None of us (about 4 family members who use Oculus) liked the coating on the nose plate. For me it didn't really do anything to prevent light leakage as it happens much closer to my face than the nose plate. Personally, I've NEVER been bothered by light leaks, and I find the opening near the nose is…
