Ancel FX 6000 for tools and equipment

The Ancel FX 6000 has a nice body, the cables are well made and feel solid. The display is clear, the buttons feel nice and work well. However, the device software seems to have some bugs in the software. I updated the software again yesterday and in the latest software is the latest 2017 model year for Chrysler products. 2017 and his 2021? The device is far behind the model of the year of manufacture. So I think I overpaid for what I got in terms of software. In my opinion, American automakers

Decent Scanner - Tools & Equipment

I'm trying to get a scanner for my Ford F-150 and it seems there aren't many code scanners that do all the functions on Ford vehicles. I'm not very familiar with the many different types of scanners. With this scanner I was not able to register the product on the manufacturer's website but I was able to download the update which was basically a brand new user interface with various reset functions. None of these work on my 2004 Ford F-150 Super Crew, although I was able to enter the model andโ€ฆ

It worked for a good month and a half.

I liked the packaging but there were no useful instructions. There is no video or instructions for use. If you don't have experience with bi-directional devices, you're lost. I'm trying to figure this out on my own. On the plus side, I saved a few hundred dollars in diagnostic fees. Only after five weeks did the screen start to glitter. The return period was only one month and the company said to contact the seller. Now after only three months the screen has stopped working and I have $400 tech

We had no problems!

After purchasing this product I started reading more customer reviews. It seems that many people have had problems with their device, which made me regret my purchase. I am happy to report that we had no problems. I took the device out of the box and updated the software. Everything went smoothly. We downloaded the system updates and then created all manufacturer-specific files. There was a display showing the installation status. I don't know why others have complained about the updates. Please check your vehicle's compatibility before purchasing

Although this scan tool looks very good, my vehicle (Saab 2011) does not support it and I have not been able to update it to the latest software. Vehicle compatibility is not listed on their website or on Revain so it is recommended that everyone consider this email to confirm your vehicle is supported first. Also, you may find that you have trouble updating your software while scanning. Tool. It comes with a basic set of software and you will likely need updates to take full advantage of theโ€ฆ

Didn't try all system interfaces on 4 out of 5 machines.

I bought this for its two-way diagnostic capabilities. There were problems with tablets: If the batteries were discharged too much, the device would no longer boot because it could not be charged. Didn't want to take a risk with some tablet styles from other brands. Make updates first. It comes with very limited features if you don't. When the box was opened it contained all the parts and cables as described. OBD2 and 12 OBD1 cables. It does not come with Ford OBD1 cables. It's disappointingโ€ฆ
