This is the classic aquarium I had as a kid. Quality but nothing special. The description says Made in Canada but mine was made in the USA which was a pleasant surprise.

I don't have fish but I bought them cat style for my granddaughter's birthday. I'll put Swedish fish and goldfish crackers in it. It's going to be adorable! They are very thick and durable.

This aquarium has real air bubbles in the glass. It also has an inch chip on the rim (looks like someone tried to polish it). I expected better. Next time I'll buy one of the cheaper plastic bottles online.

I use it for storing ticket stubs and other small memorabilia. I only use it for decorative purposes so I can't comment on how effective it is in keeping goldfish. It is very solidly built and doesn't look "cheap".

That is unless someone in the supply chain bothers to pack it well. Then it's a bag of broken glass. Bought two. One undamaged. One is broken. Raven replaced him. It is better not to order several at once and nothing else at once. Or just go down and get one right now. It will be almost identical.

This aquarium is exactly the same as the one I bought over 15 years ago maybe even 20. I put them side by side and see no difference. Finally a good product that hasn't been discontinued or made cheaper! Two thumbs up for Anchor Hocking! It is durable and heavy and over 15 years old looks like new. It hasn't aged a bit and I clean it almost once a week. My daughter won a genetically superior goldfish in a fair game of table tennis 13 years ago at 3 years old and that fish is still with us now…
