Your search for natural hair gel ends here

This is by far the best hair gel I have ever used and I am a male who has been styling my hair for about 10 years. About 2 years ago I stopped using popular brands due to concerns about chemical ingredients. I started looking for an all natural hair gel and went through 3 or 4 different brands before I found this one. My search is over as I will no longer try other brands. Pros: - Light, pleasant scent - Not too sticky on application - Not watery or runny on application - Strong hold, no…

Hairspray of my dreams!

I've been using this brand of hairspray for over a year now and I LOVE the formula. I have very long curly hair, normal/oily scalp and I wash my hair 2-3 times a week. I was skeptical that this would give me the control I needed over my hair. But no complaints about that: it really prevents frizz and gives my hair a nice shine without being harsh or sticky. I have stopped using other brands as the scalp I was suffering from was horribly bulky, itchy and flaky. My scalp issues are mostly gone…

New Holy Grail! - Hairspray

My holy grail for waking up hair was Bumble & Bumble Wax, but it was discontinued a few years ago. Since then I've been looking for something to take its place and I think I've finally found it. Andalou Naturals Smooth Hold Styling Cream adds a bit of hold without looking like I've put any on my hair. It also moisturizes a bit and seems to keep my hair in top condition. The best part? Smells like orange cream. The main ingredients are aloe vera gel, cetearyl alcohol and sunflower oil. Aloe…

Suitable for my medium curly hair

I'm white and have either wavy or very curly/frizzy hair depending on the humidity level and the products I use on my hair. This gel is now a permanent and indispensable part of my hair care routine. I squeeze the water out of my hair a few times so it doesn't get wet, but not too dry either. I apply Aveda Light Elements Smoothing Fluid to my hands and wipe it off. I then take this gel and apply it to my hair, adding whenever it doesn't feel silky. Then I part my hair to one side and twist it…

I prefer Shea Butter Leave-In Moisturizer

I've been using Shea Butter Leave-In Moisturizer for a long time. I noticed they keep changing their damn formula lately and now it contains Propylene Glycol. Selling Unilever clearly meant cutting corners and giving up the loyal AF customer base. To this point, Shea Moisture has never responded to my requests for comment/information on their "new and improved" ingredient list. This is just questionable behavior. Well, having said that, I did a lot of research and, MAN, it's hard to find a…
