As the name suggests it works as expected but each key press is something like 3-5°. It doesn't seem like much, but in many cases you can't center the frame on the subject exactly. You may be too far left or too far right and you may not get exactly what you need. Looks like a replacement for the old flimsy e-benk style wireless pan/tilt remotes. Both were very fragile and light. It said it could carry a camera much heavier than my little Sony camcorder. It even comes with counterweights. The battery that was sent was empty and could not be charged. Had to buy a new expensive 12v battery. When I tried to use it, it pivoted down but not up. I bought this device because I started recording lectures for an online course. Since I don't have an assistant, I have to set up the video myself with the remote control. This device rotates and tilts at the same speed, and even a quick push of a button is too crude an adjustment to center either my face or what's on the board.
