Easy installation suitable for cars and car electronics

I bought this radio to replace an aftermarket radio that jammed, lost volume control and so on and so forth. So the new Eonon was the radio of choice. It had all the new gadgets that made you think they were difficult to install. Surprise, I connected all the connectors on the back, three antennas, a microphone and two connectors on the car and that's it. Antennas relocated, microphone and done. Everything worked. too many negatives to make it worth it.

I bought it when it was $340, shipping took probably 3 weeks to get the unit and another 2 weeks before I could install it. If I had more time I would return it. I wanted an Android head unit and since it fits my Silverado with no dashboard or wiring harness, I went for it. PROS1. Backup camera. Something I love but something I HATE about this device. DETAILS BELOW

Okay, I'll start with the good: I installed this unit in a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. Today it is one of the best real connectors. and gaming head units in the GM truck market. It comes with a speaker and connectors to block out blinking noise, backup steering wheel controls and everything else. It's a solid unit for what it is. The sound quality is pretty decent. Great radio ready to use

The wiring instructions are not too clear you really need to go back and four with the illustration it would be better if they numbered each line in the illustration. Make sure the cable is clear of the back of the radio, try to keep everything away from the radio, the adapter on the back of the radio will push slightly into the circuit board and cause video/screen distortion. I have a different brand backup camera so I can't speak for eonon just to say that camera would not work with my pickup

04/06/20 *Last Update*I have a new device. I didn't fiddle with the wiring, I just plugged it into my car and all the speakers worked! Now I could install the radio in my car. Installation was pretty easy, it takes a bit of patience as there are a lot of cables to hide and the GPS/wifi antenna cables need to be routed to the top of the dashboard.
