Makes the SG-1 compete with everything. I love the zv-1, but having this wide-angle lens that just screws on and off is fantastic. There is no lack.

Putting this lens on your Sony ZV-1 changes the world. Instead of the narrow frame you get with a regular lens, you get a nice wide field of view. Great if you are a vlogger. The macro portion of the lens works well too, giving great close-up shots.

This lens is awesome. At first I thought it was a wide angle lens, but when I arrived it turned out to be two in one. You can unscrew the wide end and now you have a macro lens! The lens seems to be of very good quality, it is very durable and heavy which is nice. I 100% recommend this lens!

Good picture quality but not durable. This is a fairly heavy piece of metal that's attached to the SG-1 lens with a tiny bit of glue. I had the camera on a tripod and the lens adapter just falls to the ground. He lost his entire cane in just a few days. Needless to say I have lost all faith in this product.

This is the perfect option to get a wide-angle shot that the Sony ZV-1 doesn't have. My only concern is that it's heavy, and I really don't know if the extra weight will shorten the life of the camera motors. I leave it on all the time and the footage looks amazing. The ZV-1 is underrated and that extra lens makes it powerful.

I've been watching a few YouTube videos of people who like this lens mod and others. I knew what to expect in terms of video quality. Wide angle is not bad, but not perfect. It's sharp in the center and not very sharp around the edges. This was to be expected. It definitely gives you a wider view, but if you were hoping to use this for a nice, sharp edge-to-edge solution, you'll be disappointed. Definitely a good investment for this camera! The ZV-1 is a great camera, but it has its drawbacks. for example cropping in 4K or just general! The crop on the ZV-1 is terrible, but this lens changes everything! No need to worry about the right angle or making sure you're in the frame! As you all know the 3V-1 does not have interchangeable lenses and that is a downside of the camera. Don't get me wrong, the camera is great, but if you're blogging or doing tutorials like me, you'll find that the camera is too close to you. It's not about the camera, it's about the lenses themselves. I believe the focus is around 24mm to 70mm and while that's not too bad, it's far from a perfect wide angle shot.
