I don't understand why all food coloring gels aren't packaged like this?! Gel jars are incredibly dirty. This will be my new food coloring.

These are amazing food colors. I love the variety and the fact that I don't have to mix many colors to get the shades I want. Ann Clark's products are always of the highest quality and a great fit for my CFO's bakery.

I have a small cookie decorating business so I tried a lot of gel food coloring. And to be honest, they are all so alike! So for me it comes down to price and credibility. And to have it shipped to my door for $2 a tube is a great deal! This is my second choice solid brand.

I am very impressed with these gels. They come in screw-top tubes, making it very easy to squeeze out a small amount of gel without risking spills. The picture shows a simple royal frosting (still wet) of pink and purple with a few drops mixed with 2/3 cup powdered sugar for each color. I could detect no discernible taste in my cookies. I will definitely be buying more Ann Clark coloring gels when they run out.

This is my first time using these food coloring and I was very impressed! I'm pretty old fashioned when it comes to decorating my cakes so I only used the leading brand paints. You know, little jars that you stuff with your hands and try to open them, then you have to use a toothpick or more to get the gel out, then it's difficult to get it into the frosting and the gel will hard. Absolutely useless with meringue! This product compromises the integrity of egg whites and will completely ruin your batch. No details were given on them saying they cannot be used with meringue, they are gel based - it has now been revealed that there is NO RETURN POLICY! Again, no indication of this concern.
