This is my first safety razor that I have ever bought. I use dollar razors for shaving but after using the blade a few times they clog with hair just like cartridges of all brands. I used to use disposable razors and buy replacement heads with multiple blades, none of those fancy blades could compete with this shave. This razor is so easy to care for and the blade change so cheap that I always get a close shave.
