Their team is quick at resolving issues! They are very responsive to requests that we have made through their ticketing system or via email (as well as taking screenshots of our screens). The interface can be confusing but they do offer training sessions if you'd like them to help get used to it all out there. We've been using this software since its inception so I'm not sure what problems others may encounter with new features / changes within recent updates - however no bugs found yet from us
