Great Looking Antenna for your Ford F-150 No More Hitting Garage Door with your Antenna!. Based on Customer Reviews of this 6 3/4 Inch Antenna Mast ( 5 times smaller in height than Factory 31 inch Antenna ). FM stations are getting near 100% same Reception as Factory 31" inch Antenna. AM stations may not work well specially in Country side. If you listen to AM stations we don't recommend changing your Factory 31inch Antenna. So please consider this before buying . This is Great Looking Antenna with Good Reception but for some it may not work as well as it worked for others and there could be many factors besides Antenna itself.

As advertised: Antennas

Perfect for my 2005 F150. Easy thread installation. It also seems to be receiving a signal that matches my standard antenna. and that's what it's about

This is currently the best there is in terms of accessories for automotive electronics.

My used truck arrived without an antenna and I couldn't reach any stations more than a few miles from town. Put this on and you can tune in to local stations up to 30 miles away. So it works for what I need and seems to be of decent quality.

Much better than the stock antenna.

First of all, I never use the radio, but it comes in handy in an emergency. This antenna picks up everything just like the longer standard antenna. It's also an easy replacement. I live in northern Montana and the back roads I like to explore for fishing and camping have branches chasing my antenna. Now I'm not worried about that. Also, the wind whipped a standard antenna around something hard. It doesn't bother me anymore either. The new short is flexible, but not very. It's so short you don't
