Description of AOMAG Extremely Powerful Neodymium Cylinder

Surface Gauss Value:10000 Gauss, Great performance, Wholesale Price. These are very strong magnets with high pulling force, even the size is not so "big". The magnets may cause hurt when two magnets come together. These are NOT toy magnets, please keep them away from children. Quantity: 1 magnet Dia 25 * 200mm (Tolerance: +/- 1mm)per package. Please note that it is not a pure neodymium mangets. it is 304 stainless steel installed.

Misleading claims, weak magnetism

This magnet boasts being extremely powerful but fails to deliver for industrial and scientific applications. While it does have a sleek cylinder shape, the magnetism is insufficient for heavy-duty material handling. The only pro is that it might work for small lightweight objects .The misleading claims and weak magnetism make this a poor choice for Industrial and Scientific purposes..

Pros
  • Extremely strong magnetic force
Cons
  • Can cause injury or damage if not handled properly

corrosion resistant

Please note this magnet is not 100% neodymium; If that were the case then that volume of metal - if it were 100% neodymium - would have a ridiculous pull force of around 500kg. Fake? - of the minuses of pure neodymium magnets, in my experience: fragility and corrosion. This magnet is not nearly as brittle and is very resistant to corrosion. I think the design is probably a set of 20mm neodymium disc magnets encased in stainless steel. While it's still strong (good for picking up screwdrivers…

Pros
  • Industrial magnets
Cons
  • String shorter than other picks
