Perfect and accurate for photography or green screen work

Lighting is always a big issue when it comes to film and photography and this light meter is an essential tool to always have on hand. This gauge should last a long time if used correctly according to the instructions. This meter is easy to use and can help when uneven lighting is a problem for a subject or object. Buy another one - light meter

I really wanted to love this meter but it just didn't work right. The physical equipment is really good. The ability to remove the light sensor from the body is excellent. You can use it for one-handed use, but you can also place the sensor on top of the selfie stick to move it away from your body if you're taking more sensitive readings and don't want your body shadowed. The user interface was unwieldy at best (and that's generous). I understand Americans should have been metric decades ago…

A handy tool for measuring light levels, but not camera exposure settings.

Disclaimer: I received this product for free through Vine. This is my first light meter. It is ideal for objectively determining the incident light intensity under various conditions. His statement seems very consistent, but I cannot judge its accuracy. This is a great little tool for determining the light output of lamps and lightbulbs and determining if the room is really dark or if you just have poor eyesight. It's not that useful for photography as it doesn't convert LUX or foot candles…
