APC AP9565 Basic Surge Protector Review

My analysis of this surge protector showed that it failed to protect my electronics during a power surge. The pro of this item is that it's affordable, but the con is that it doesn't deliver as promised. Don't waste your money on this unreliable product.

Works great in our racks, the mounting tabs can be adjusted to multiple positions to change the depth of the PDU. I like the modular approach as it allows me to use one long cable to connect multiple racks without extension cords. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it usually seems cheap for an APC PDU, the sheet metal of the mounting tab is flimsy and the whole unit is relatively light so I doubt its durability when you put a lot into it. tension on it.
